Warranty Policy

To submit a warranty claim, please email us at info@allisonsclosets.com

Warranty claims may take 5-10 business days to process. All claims must be made via the contact form. Our team will provide you updates by email and may request more information as needed. If appropriate, a new wand will be shipped using UPS, and tracking information will be provided once it is available.

Note: This warranty is for replacement of product only, which means that if approved, a new product with the same model as originally purchased will be shipped. Repairs, refunds, credits, or exchange for different models or products are not available.

The manufacturer's warranty includes coverage for defects and function under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover lost or damaged charging/power cables, damage caused by abuse, misuse, or abnormal external conditions. Claims of dissatisfaction not related to proper function are not covered.

The warranty covers the unit in the United States of America only. Taking the unit out of the country voids the warranty. Disassembling the unit in any way, voids the warranty.
