What is your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened. Customer provides return shipping. Where and how do you ship?

All orders over $99 within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska ship "Economy" for FREE, using UPS or USPS. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO at this time. We now offer International shipping! All orders are shipped in plain packaging and no one will know what you have purchased from us. All orders are shipped the same day received, as long as the order is placed before 2:00 PM PST.

Can I track my package?

You can track your package using the tracking number provided through email on the couriers' website or through Track Your Order.

Do you offer Discreet shipping?

Yes, all orders are shipped in plain packaging and there will never be our company logo on the box. Being discreet is a top priority for us.

Is there a Warranty?

Yes, we accept all Manufacturer Warranties! Please contact us at info@allisonsclosets.com to get your warranty claim started. For more information, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
